Role Summary/Purpose: The role involvesmanaging Field Recovery and monitoring to attain desired performance in the cost effective manner which should be profitable for the organization
Key responsibilities include managing Charge off portfolio by meeting all performance parameters and compliance objectives. The candidate is also expected to monitor the agency closely and identify gaps if any and transmit observations for action. Vendor management and compliance to applicable policy and guidelines is a key deliverable
Essential Responsibilities: Driving agency performance against Goals and ensuring regular review and feedback sessions with field team to identify opportunity areas and arrest the same.
: Ensuring that business objectives on all the parameters i.e. Performance (Net Recovery ) Process and Compliance (FM scores and HRD, SLA adherence etc.) are met.
: Planning agency head count in line with Business Cape management.
: Ensuring compliance with existing Business policy, Collections processes and procedures.
: Ability to be innovative and excel to implement the change faster. The candidate should also improvise the existing processes for enhancing the current business productivity.
: Should have the strong analytical capabilities to project the portfolio better.
: Ensuring timely audit of vendor processes and documents for respective agencies. Responsible for coaching, training, awareness and adherence to code of conduct.
: Timely update of SVCL for agencies and close looping with proprietor to close the gap if any.
: Usage of technology to drive performance metrics for respective agencies.
: Ability to design agency payouts in line with the business P and L and COC model.
: Ensuring timely payout of vendor bills/provisions for respective agencies.
: Identification and Resolution of customer escalated issues and appropriate flagging as per compliance procedures.
: Should be strong in documentation process both at vendor location and at own GE desktop.
Qualifications/Requirements: Candidate should have a Bachelors/Post graduate degree in any stream with minimum 2:3 year of expertise in handling outsourced vendors. Experience of agency management would be an added advantage.
